Historical UDS Baseline Brief — $299
A 12-measure brief using publicly reported 2023–2024 UDS data.
Uses: Public 2023–2024 UDS data only
Best for: historical baseline context across standard clinical/outcome measures
Focused UDS Signal Brief — $399
A pick-your-own 3-measure brief using one comparison path.
Uses: Client-provided numerator/denominator or rate values
Best for: reviewing a small number of priority measures
Add-on: Additional measures may be added for $125 per measure.
Standard UDS Signal Brief — $749
A 12-measure brief using one comparison path.

Compare submitted, current, or year-to-date values against the most recent publicly available UDS benchmark year.Internal Progress Review
Compare current or year-to-date values against your organization’s own submitted 2025 baseline. This comparison option requires your team to provide the relevant numerator/denominator or rate values through a simple intake form.No patient-level data or PHI is needed.
